I am an experienced Educational Psychologist in private practice with a passion working with children, adolescents, and adults. Since 2003 I have run a successful private practice based in Centurion and have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that every person has their own inner abilities that is the key to success and personal growth. I have studied at the Universities of Pretoria, Stellenbosch, and the North-West where I have attained various degrees and diplomas. I believe in continuous professional development which equips me to deliver an excellent service to all of my clients. I am a qualified NBI® Practitioner (Kobus Neethling’s brain profile). The NBI ® is used as a profiling tool created to measure a person’s thinking preferences. Thinking preferences are your preferred ways of thinking while working in your most natural state. If you are working outside of your thinking preference, you are likely to feel unsatisfied with the activity and your energy levels might drop. The NBI® profile can be used for various purposes.
I am also a Tall Tree Facilitator® which assesses a person’s unique temperament. At Tall Trees Profiles, the fact that all of us were born with a certain temperament is embraced. It is simply the way in which you are wired. Your temperament characteristics portray your thoughts, emotions, and behavior and are needs-based. The use of the Tall Tree Profile is diverse as it can be used for children, adolescents, and adults. I have also a passion for assessing children/ adolescents with Learning difficulties and am a Registered Practitioner at the Stark Griffin Dyslexia Academy previously called the Red Apple.

During the school readiness assessment various areas are assessed namely social, emotional, physical and intellectual capabilities. The assessment starts with an initial interview with the parent which after the child will be assessed.
